All employee or departmental hyper linking can be controlled or disabled, the department color coding can be turned off if required, the knowledge base and forums can be controlled or deactivated completely, and it can be completely customized to adhere to your common look and feel. An integrated message center feature allows employees to leave and read messages without use of any email accounts or servers.
